教學(xué)目標(biāo):
1、知識(shí)目標(biāo):能熟練掌握"How tall are you? I'm__metres tall."以及比較級(jí)taller,shorter,補(bǔ)充內(nèi)容最高級(jí)tallest,shortest.
2、技能目標(biāo):能夠?qū)τ嘘P(guān)身高的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行問(wèn)答和能與他人合作完成任務(wù),提高合作能力和分析能力。
3、情感目標(biāo):將本課與學(xué)生生活緊密聯(lián)系,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生對(duì)英語(yǔ)的興趣。并教育學(xué)生要有健康的體魄,養(yǎng)成良好的生活習(xí)慣。
重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn):
能靈活運(yùn)用"How tall are you?"并能準(zhǔn)確用I'm__metres tall.回答, 區(qū)分運(yùn)用tall and taller,short and shorter. 會(huì)用I`m taller than___ ,____is the tallest 造句。
教學(xué)方法:
談話法、任務(wù)型教學(xué)法、全身反應(yīng)法、情境教學(xué)法。

Step1:Warm-up:
1:Greeting
Song T:Hello! How are you?
S:I am fine. Thank you.
T:How is the weather?
S:It is ___today.
【設(shè)計(jì)意圖】消除學(xué)生緊張心理,讓學(xué)生很快進(jìn)入學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)。
2: Free Talk
出示課件:(姚明)
T:What is his name? Do you know? Can you tell me something about him? In Chinese is OK.
(教師用雙語(yǔ)予以補(bǔ)充,介紹姚明為國(guó)家爭(zhēng)奪了很多榮譽(yù),滲透德育,培養(yǎng)孩子們從小培養(yǎng)樹(shù)立為國(guó)為班爭(zhēng)光的意識(shí),增強(qiáng)集體榮譽(yù)感。) And then ask o you have any another questions?
S:How old is he?/When is his birthday?/Is he very very tall?......
T:Yes,he is very tall.How tall is he?
【設(shè)計(jì)意圖】創(chuàng)設(shè)情境,激發(fā)學(xué)生好奇心,積極性并為以下教學(xué)作鋪墊。
Step2: Presentation:
1. Teaching new words and phrases
。ㄓ蒆ow old is he?引出How tall is he?)Can you guess the meaning?
T:He is ___metres tall.(Practise the pronunction of "point"and "metre".)
T: Is he short or tall?
S:He is tall.
出示另一張圖片(矮人)
T:Is he short or tall?
S:He is very short.
T:Can you guess how old he is?
S:Guess……
T:He is fifty -five years old. He has some illness, so he can not be as tall as us. Do you want to be as short as him?
S:No.
T:So you must eat enough food such as vegetables and fruit and so on,then you can have a healthy body.
【設(shè)計(jì)意圖】教師不需要作解釋,借助圖片和語(yǔ)言學(xué)生就能夠明白新單詞的意思,并且滲透德育教育,豐富課堂內(nèi)容。
2. Listen to the tape.
The first time, just listen and think about how tall Jenny is and how tall Jim is.
