　　教學目標：

　　1. Knowledge

　　To learn the new words and phrases.

　　To learn the sentence structures.

　　To learn the text about months.

　　2. Intelligence developments

　　Develop the students’ ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing.

　　3. Emotion education

　　重點難點：

　　1. The new phrases about the text.

　　2. The festivals in each month.

　　教學準備：

　　Pictures, tapes and recorder.

　　教學過程：

　　一、Warming-up

　　1、播放Happy New Year 的音樂，讓學生猜是什么歌曲。猜中后師生一起唱這首歌。

　　2、復習一周七天的英語單詞。

　　二、Presentation

　　1、教師拿著一個月的日歷，問學生：Do you know how many months are there in a year? 借助日歷讓學生理解month的含義。板書并讓學生認讀，然后接著說：Yes, there are 12 months in a year．Do you want to know their names? Let's learn the names of the months！

　　2、Learn the new words and sentence : January; January is the first month of the year.

　　3、Learn the text about “January”。

　　4、Use the same way to learn the new words and sentences:

　　February; March; April

　　February is the second month of the year.

　　March is the third month of the year.

　　April is the fourth month of the year.
