教學目標:
1:通過本課學習使學生能認讀、掌握、靈活運用player、 team、 game、 win、 lose等詞匯。
2:能用所學詞匯和句子簡單描述一場比賽。如What’s the score? It’s ___ to ____. We win. We lose.
3:通過游戲、競賽等多種活動,激發(fā)和培養(yǎng)學生學習英語的興趣,讓學生充分體驗成功的快樂,增強學好英語的自信心。同時激勵比賽落后者,使其不氣餒。
教學重點:
要求學生認讀、掌握、運用本課詞匯player、 team、 game、 win、 lose 。
教學難點:
綜合運用所學句子描述一項運動比賽。如What’s the score? Which team wins? Which team loses?
教具應用:
錄音機、教學卡片、實物等
教學過程:
一、Class opening and review
1. Greeting.
2. Sing a song. “ Oh,what did you do?”
二、New Concepts.
Part 1 player team and game
呈現(xiàn)新知
。1)a. Introduce “player” with Yao Ming’s picture.
Use other players’pictures,lead students say “ He\ She is a ping-pong\ soccer\ badminton\ basketball player.”
T: Who is your favourite player?
S: My favourite player is _____. He is a _____ player.
b.引導學生總結出 “某些動詞后加er 表示…的人”For example: play-player teach- teacher.
T: What’s the score? It’s ___ to ___.You win. You lose.
T: Read it together
。2)Introduce “team” with a picture of Yao Ming’s team.
T: What does the letter “ea” sound?
T:在哪些單詞中ea還讀[i:]呢?
。3)Introduce “ game” with a picture of Yao Ming’s team playing a basketball.
T: Here is a basketball game. Do you want to watch? http://ww w.xkb 1.com
T: How many teams in a basketball game?
S:Two teams.
2. Practice.
T: Talk about these pictures.
Eg: This is Yao Ming. He is a basketball player. He plays on a basketball team.This is Yao Ming’s team. Yao Ming’s team is playing a basketball game.

T: Look! Yao Ming’s team is playing basketball game. How many teams in a basketball game? What are they? One team is White team and the other team is orange team.The game is very fun. And the people say,“Go,Yao Ming,Go,Rockets .”Do You know the meaning?
T:Who gets the ball and puts the ball in the net?So What’s the score?
3. Student Book N1.
T: There’s a basketball game in our lesson. Please open your books.
T: Listhen to part1,and then answer my questions.
