孩子在4歲左右進入語言敏感期，在這之前，媽媽們的任務(wù)就是給孩子的語言輸出做好儲備，也就是我們常說的磨耳朵，但是應(yīng)該給孩子聽什么，這常常是新手媽媽的難題。

　　Don‘t be scared

　　Shake his paw。 Say， “Hi!”

　　見見我的小怪物!

　　別害怕。

　　握握他的爪子，打聲招呼，說：“你好!”

　　He isn‘t mean

　　He isn‘t fierce

　　He is a little shy

　　他不壞。

　　他也不兇猛。

　　他只是有一點點害羞。

　　Mom can‘t see him

　　Dad can‘t see him

　　They don‘t think he’s there

　　媽媽看不到他，

　　爸爸也看不到他，

　　他們都不知道他就在那兒。

　　But I can see him very well

　　Just look at that blue hair!

　　但是我能清楚地看到他。

　　看他那藍色的頭發(fā)!

　　My monster loves to play

　　Me， too!

　　我的小怪物很喜歡玩耍。

　　我也是!

　　We love to play outside

　　We run and romp

　　We jump and stomp

　　我們喜歡在外面玩。

　　我們奔跑，嬉鬧。

　　我們跳躍，跺腳。

　　We climb

　　We crawl

　　We hide

　　我們攀登。

　　我們匍匐前進。

　　我們還會躲起來。

　　If it rains， we play inside

　　I let my monster in

　　We play with dolls

　　下雨的時候，我們就會在屋里玩耍。

　　我會讓小怪物進來。

　　我們一起玩玩偶。

　　We play with balls

　　He always lets me win!

　　I like to paint my monster‘s picture

　　It‘s so much fun to do!

　　I paint him glad

　　I paint him mad

　　I paint him feeling blue

　　我們也會玩球。

　　他總是會讓我贏。

　　我喜歡畫各種小怪物的畫像。

　　特別有趣!

　　我會畫開心的小怪物。

　　我會畫瘋狂的小怪物。

　　我也會畫傷心的小怪物。

　　My monster dances

　　Watch him go!

　　He spins just like a top

　　He drops

　　He flips

　　He taps

　　He tips

　　He never wants to stop

　　我的小怪物會跳舞。

　　看!

　　他旋轉(zhuǎn)起來就像是一只陀螺。

　　下落，

　　蹦跳，

　　踢踏，

　　踮腳。

　　他根本不想停下來。

　　My monster can be trouble， too

　　He loses all my toys

　　He makes a mess

　　He wears my dress

　　He makes a lot of noise

　　我的小怪物有時候也會變成一個小麻煩。

　　他把我所有的玩偶都弄丟了。

　　他把所有東西搞得亂糟糟的。

　　他還穿我的裙子。

　　他制造了許多噪音。

　　He likes to watch TV with me

　　He likes all kinds of shows

　　He laughs

　　He cries

　　He rubs his eyes

　　I help him blow his nose

　　他喜歡和我一起看電視，

　　他喜歡各種各樣的節(jié)目，

　　他會笑，

　　他也會哭。

　　他會揉揉眼睛，

　　我也會幫他擤擤鼻涕。

　　My monster eats things I don’t like

　　He eats string beans and beets

　　He eats green peas

　　He eats blue cheese

　　He eats and eats and EATS!

　　我的小怪物喜歡吃我不喜歡吃的東西。

　　他吃豆角和甜菜根，

　　他吃綠色的豌豆，

　　他吃藍色的芝士。

　　他吃呀吃，吃呀吃。

　　My monster takes a bath with me

　　We both sit in the tub

　　We splash and splish like two big fish

　　We scrub and scrub and SCRUB

　　我的小怪物會和我一起洗澡。

　　我們會一起坐在浴缸里。

　　我們就像是兩只大魚一樣撲騰著水。

　　我們洗呀洗，洗呀洗。

　　My monster loves to read with me

　　I read。 He holds the book

　　He loves the pictures most of all

　　We look and look and LOOK

　　我的小怪物喜歡和我一起讀書

　　我讀，他拿著書。

　　他最喜歡書里的圖片了。

　　我們看呀看，看呀看。

　　My monster is a pest in bed

　　He always steals the sheet

　　He snores。 He sheds

　　He hogs the bed

　　He kicks his big， cold feet

　　我的小怪物在床上是個搗蛋鬼。

　　他總是偷偷地拿走床單。

　　他打呼嚕。他流口水。

　　他還會拱床。

　　還會蹬他又大又冷的腳。

　　But I don‘t care

　　I need him there

　　但是，我并不在乎。

　　我需要他在那兒。

　　My monster is my friend

　　I love him so

　　He doesn‘t know…

　　He is really just pretend!

　　我的小怪物是我的朋友。

　　我非常愛他。

　　他不知道……

　　他真的只是在假裝不知道!
