Clown School

　　Everyone in Ed’s family is a clown.

　　Ed’s grandfather is a clown.

　　Ed’s father is a clown.

　　Ed’s mother is a clown.

　　Ed wants to be a clown too.

　　Now Ed is seven years old.

　　He will go to clown school.

　　“Ed，here’s your school uniform，”said his mother.

　　As Ed looked at his unform，he was very surprised.

　　The coat was too long for his arms.

　　And the pants were too short for his legs.

　　The shoes were too big for his feet.

　　And the hat was too small for his head.

　　“Mom！My uniform doesn’t fit，”Ed said.

　　Ed’s mother looked at each piece of clothing.

　　“Everything is perfect.Let me help you put it on，”she said，smiling.

　　“There you are，Dear.Now I will paint your face.

　　I’ll make your mouth bigger.”

　　“I’ll paint a tear under your eye.I’ll give you a red nose.

　　And here is a funny hat on your head，”said his mother.

　　Ed looked in the mirror.He was very happy.

　　“Does this mean I’m a clown？”he asked.

　　“No，”says his mother.”You only look like one.”

　　So Ed walked to clown school with two smiled.

　　One was painted.And one was real.

　　小丑學(xué)校

　　Ed家里面的每一個(gè)人都是小丑。

　　Ed的爺爺是小丑。

　　Ed的爸爸是小丑。

　　Ed的媽媽是小丑。

　　Ed也想成為一個(gè)小丑。

　　現(xiàn)在Ed七歲了。

　　他將去小丑學(xué)校上學(xué)。

　　“Ed，給你的校服，”他的媽媽說。

　　當(dāng)Edk看到他的校服的時(shí)候，他非常驚詫。

　　這件外套對(duì)于他的胳膊來說太長了。

　　而褲子對(duì)于他的腿來說太短了。

　　鞋子對(duì)于他的腳來說太大了。

　　而帽子對(duì)于他的腦袋來說太小了。

　　“媽媽！我的校服不合適，”Ed說。

　　Ed的媽媽看到服裝的每一件。

　　“每一件都很好。讓我?guī)湍愦┥纤?rdquo;

　　她微笑著說。

　　“給你，親愛的�，F(xiàn)在我畫你的臉。

　　我使你的嘴巴更大。”

　　“我將在你的眼睛下面畫一個(gè)裂痕。

　　我將給你一個(gè)紅鼻子。還有在你的頭上

　　有一頂滑稽的帽子，”他的媽媽說。

　　Ed看著鏡子。他非常快樂。

　　“這意味著我成為了一個(gè)小丑了嗎？”

　　“不，”他的媽媽說。“你只是象我一樣。”

　　于是Ed帶著兩片微笑去小丑學(xué)校了。

　　一片微笑是畫上的。一片是真的。
